U.S. Virgin Island Long Term Rental Online Inquiries

Long term rentals in the U.S. Virgin Islands are rentals lasting for three months or longer. At Coldwell Banker Stout Realty, we check your credit rating and your references. These are minimal charges that the tenant pays as part of the rental application.

The monies due up front for long term rentals include the first and last months' rent and the value of one month's rent for the security deposit. There is no interest on the monies that are held in escrow. Please check out the generic lease, the rental application including a credit check and new tenant move in form to review what we do prior to your move in to a rental property. Additionaly, we also take photos of the rental property prior to move-in so all parties have a record for their files.

We can email you photos of potential properties that you may want to view, but since the rentals change so often we update our rental list weekly and we work with other REALTORS in locating the right property for your and your family's needs when you relocate to the islands.
