• Escrow Services- We escrow the deposits and account for all funds, as required by law.

• Maintenance/Repairs – Our Independent Repair/Maintenance Contractor personally inspect problems before repairs are scheduled, if needed. Often it's an easy fix. We do have an Independent Contractor in Coldwell Banker Stout Realty who does detailed follow up on all repairs and the cost is truly minimal to you as a Landlord.
